Write drift terms that give an exit, not a credit

Named model version, notice before a swap, buyer-owned golden set, and termination when quality stays down.

A practical example

What this looks like in the business

GC redlines before signature: system availability 99.5% with credits; model availability 99.0% with a termination right if it stays below 95% for two months. Named model version on the order form. Thirty-day notice and a test environment before a material swap. Buyer-owned golden set measured quarterly. A 200 OK that returns garbage is still 'up' under a ping SLA. Credits cannot price model quality. Exit can.

What you leave with. Contract terms a GC can negotiate and an operator can measure, with an exit.

Not this. Accepting 99.5% uptime that carves out the model and all third-party inference. Calendar for this class of work is measured in weeks, not hours.
