Name one domain owner for the live process P&L

A line leader accountable for throughput, cost, and incidents, not a lab that owns the model.

A practical example

What this looks like in the business

IT owns the model, ops owns the plant, finance owns the savings. Nobody owns the outcome. The desk relocates or dual-hats a credible line leader as domain owner for six to twelve weeks of install: they integrate vendors and data, change how the shift actually runs, and are measured on throughput, cost, and incident rate, not model accuracy alone. If ownership stays in a lab, the line will work around the system until the pilot is quietly ignored.

What you leave with. A signed ownership split and a domain owner with line authority.

Not this. Adding AI sponsor to an exec title or a monthly steering committee with no stop rights. Calendar for this class of work is measured in weeks, not hours.
